Practical, comfortable, and built for productivity, it’s the ideal home base for longer projects. Driveway fits 2 vehicles in the winter months.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Ready for crew meal-prep with full-sized appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the cookware you need.
Laundry Room: On-site, high-capacity washer and dryer—essential for long-term stays and industrial gear.
Living Area: A cozy, inviting space with a blend of "historic industrial" decor. Perfect for unwinding with the team or streaming your favorite shows.
Guest Access
You will have full, private access to the entire house.
Parking: two parking spots in the winter time, more parking space available in summer months (street parking).
Entry: Secure, keyless entry for seamless check-ins at any hour. Your door code will be provided two days before check-in.
