Positioned in Goldfield Heights, Highview House looks across Lake Wakatipu toward The Remarkables, with the main living space elevated to capture the outlook. It offers a practical layout for families or two couples travelling together, while sitting between central Queenstown and the Frankton shopping and airport area.
The home is designed around its upstairs living zone. Vaulted ceilings and large windows bring in natural light, and glass doors open onto a balcony with seating overlooking the lake and mountains. It is a comfortable space to gather after a day on the slopes, on the trails, or in town.
The kitchen connects directly to the living area and is equipped for everyday cooking, including an espresso machine. Whether you are staying for a long weekend or a ski trip, the home is set up for real use rather than short stays only.
Sleeping Configuration (Maximum 6 Guests)
• Master bedroom – Queen bed with ensuite
• Second bedroom – Queen bed
• Third bedroom – Twin beds
• Additional shared bathroom downstairs
Bedrooms are located downstairs, creating separation from the upstairs living area — a layout that works well for groups wanting both privacy and shared space.

• Heat pump in the living area (heating and cooling)
• Wall panel heaters in all bedrooms
• Full laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer
• One allocated off-street car park

Highview House sits between Queenstown town centre and Frankton, offering convenient access to both. Ski field access roads, lakefront walking tracks, supermarkets, and dining options are all within easy reach.
A local bus stop is located along the main road below the property. Please note the return walk involves an uphill climb.

• This is a quiet residential neighbourhood and not suitable for parties.
.• For security and insurance purposes, a camera operates at the driveway entrance only. There are no cameras inside the home.

We want you to feel at home while helping us respect the neighbourhood.
• This is a quiet residential area – no parties or events.
• Outdoor areas are subject to council quiet hours (10pm–7am).
• No amplified sound or music outdoors between 8pm–8am.
• Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and be considerate of neighbours.
• No smoking inside the home.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
For guest safety, a security camera operates at the entrance only. There are no cameras inside the home.
