The Space
This bright coastal retreat offers a comfortable and practical single-level layout, making it easy to relax and settle in during your stay near Dewey Beach. The home features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that creates a welcoming space to gather, unwind, or enjoy a meal after a day by the ocean. Step out onto the private balcony with ocean views, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or take in the sea breeze. Location Highlights
You’ll be conveniently located near Dewey Beach, known for its beautiful sandy shoreline, lively beach-town atmosphere, and great restaurants. Spend your days enjoying the ocean, exploring nearby coastal towns, or visiting local cafés, bars, and shops just a short distance away.

Restaurant Recommendation:
There is Starboard Claw (crabs) just a block away headed south on the side of the condo. The best crabcakes in town (maybe Delaware) are at Woody’s directly below your condo unit on the first floor!
Our favourite breakfast spot is called the Post which is down past the Hyatt Hotel near Rudder Town. It can get busy on the weekends though.
Starboard (the main location across the street) serves great breakfast and lunch during the day. And although it’s a bar, it is generally kid friendly at the early side of the day.
Sunrise is also a popular ‘greasy spoon’ type diner spot that serves breakfast all day.
Fifer Market is a short 2 min drive away and had great sandwiches and fresh produce to stock up
Everything Dewey offers food wise is within walking distance and you won’t need to move your car. For more variety you can drive (or Uber) into Rehoboth Beach where’s there’s several great restaurants, a boardwalk and beach shops. It’s a 5-10 min car ride.

This property is part of a multi-unit building with neighbouring units nearby, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of noise, especially during early mornings and late evenings.

We’ve had some past issues in the past, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help!
House Rules:
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
No Sand - please make sure to wash off any sand before entering the home. Let’s keep the beach at the beach!
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older.
Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
$65 per lost beach chair
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
