* $200 refundable security deposit required prior to your stay. Refunded within 7 days of checkout (subject to inspection). 
* ID of the primary guest required before checkin. 
* Geographe is close to natural wetlands—mosquitoes and midges can appear from October to January, especially at dawn and dusk. Bringing repellent is recommended. 
* The home offers fully self-contained accommodation with a starter supply of essentials: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products. 
* Basic kitchen supplies are provided—contact us for a full list. Additional restocking available via our office (small fee may apply).
