Gorgeous Waterfront Vacation Rental for Two in the Bay of Islands near Kerikeri

It is just 20 minutes drive from the historic town of Kerikeri and perfectly positioned to explore the wider Bay of Islands. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything glampers will need to relax in style. Sleeping up to two guests, this cottage makes the perfect getaway for couples.



It has an ensuite shower room in addition to a beautiful outdoor claw foot bath which sits overlooking the river. It is equipped for self-catering needs with a gas barbecue on the deck, indoor and outdoor tables and chairs, sun loungers, a small kitchen area with fridge, a gas oven and hob, crockery, glasses, cutlery, and cooking utensils.



Glampers can also make use of the beautiful window seat, luxurious super king-size bed, cotton linen, feather pillows and duvet, cozy throws, blankets and bathrobes, and bath and beach towels. Together with complimentary toiletries, fresh flowers, books, and magazines glampers will truly want for nothing during their time here.



The cottage is free from TV, Wi-Fi, and cell phone coverage, but guests can access these in the guest office on-site.



Glampers will find their exclusive site equipped with everything they will need to relax in style. The tariff includes a private jetty, canoe and fishing, free to use at your leisure as well as your own private and romantic outdoor claw foot bath perched in a stunning setting on the river bank. There is also a deluxe hot tub on-site for guests to enjoy; the option to enjoy delicious meals delivered right to their accommodation as well as relaxing massages and spa treatments. All three require pre booking.



Glampers can explore the beautiful 5 acre sub tropical gardens, peaceful and unspoilt Takou River, perfect for fishing, kayaking and swimming, and our beautiful 150 acre organic farm with walks along the river, through organic pastures and native bush to secluded swimming and picnic spots. And last but not least, the beautiful and deserted sandy beaches a short paddle downstream at Takou Bay.
