Sitting in a quiet street, you`ll find this private property ideal for families, featuring three bedrooms and one bathroom. This home is set up with 6 guest capacity with spacious fenced back yard and outdoor space, an open living space and renovated throughout. You can even bring your pets!
LOCATION: Ocean Grove shopping strip - 3-minute drive. Ocean Grove Main Beach - 3-minute drive. Barwon Heads - 5-minute drive. Geelong City - 30-minute drive. Avalon Airport - 55-minute drive. Melbourne Airport - 1 hour 40-minute drive.
PARKING: Free parking on site in the driveway for 2 vehicles. On street parking available, the garage is inaccessible to guests.
ENTRY: Contactless check in! Access via lockbox, code will be provided 24 hours before check in.
WIFI: Complimentary, password will be provided on check in.
HEATING & COOLING: The property features reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge with heating and cooling and a wall heater. All bedrooms and living area are fitted with ceiling fans.
KITCHEN: The property comes with a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, an L shaped counter with 2x bar stools. A kettle, toaster, microwave and various tea, coffee and sugar provided. An assortment of singe serves condiments of jam, honey and vegemite are also available.
DINING: A spacious dining table is featured in the home with 6x seats available via 2 bench seats.
LOUNGE : Located at the rear of the home off the dining room and opening up onto the back patio, this living space is perfect for movie nights. Featuring 7x seater L shaped couch, wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner, separate wall heater and a smart TV. This TV features apps for streaming and free to air, we ask guests to log into their own accounts.
EXTRAS: All towels, linen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more are provided for your stay!
LAUNDRY: Washing machine, dryer and washing powder provided.
PETS: We welcome pets at this property! There will be a small fee for pets, we ask guests to bring their own pet supplies. We ask that no droppings be left in the yard and that pets stay off furniture such as beds and couches.
CHILDREN & INFANTS: Infants and children are welcome at this property.
OUTDOORS: Connecting from the lounge is a beautiful and private outdoor decking area with outdoor couch with BBQ. The property in encircled with a private fence with front gate.

EVENTS AND PARTIES: We have a very strict No Parties, Schoolies, Hens or Bucks parties at this property. Fees for damages and immediate cancellation will apply. No Smoking inside.

Your host will be on call for any questions you may have during your stay. GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for Schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make a reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided. CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges may apply. Contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys. UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. HostyCo will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforeseen unavoidable circumstances. PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may occur. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if we deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES. There should be no disturbance to neighbours at any time during your stay. LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen may incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee . YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm. Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $70 (or $100 after hours) call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required. Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the property. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. HostyCo is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
