Our family and group suite is located in a low-density village surrounded by a natural environment. It features 3 studio suites, each with an attached bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

The property is conveniently located just 1.3km from Plaza Tol Port Dickson via the North-South Highway. It is also close to UiTM Seremban, Paradise Valley Golf Resort, Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital, Muzium Negeri Sembilan, Seremban Gateway, AEON Mall, and NSK Trade City Seremban.

- Clean bathrooms with water heater, complimentary toiletries with shampoo, shower gel & towels provided.

- Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and a streaming device for free YouTube access (for guest use). Guests may log in with their own personal accounts for premium streaming services such as Netflix and are required to log out after use.

- Each bedroom is equipped with a clothes rack, hangers, iron, iron board, hair dryer

Other things to note
* NO 🚭 SMOKING NO VAPING inside the suite or within compound, DO NOT throw cigarettes butts or cigarettes boxes at our garden or inside the suite
* NO DURIAN or any food with intense and lingering odour
* Additional laundry fee to be collected for the linens left with heavy or non-removable stain
* Check in time before 11pm
• Keep clean, NO shoes inside the unit.
• It is your own responsibility to keep your cash, valuables and belongings secured in the premises and car park. Please check your kind valuables before leaving the premises and car park. Park at your own risk.
• Ensure the front gate is closed at all time for safety and security purpose. Please ensure all doors are are locked when sleep at night and everytime when leaving the unit.
• Please ensure all bed rooms windows are closed at night prevent insects and pests from entering, and close everytime when leaving the unit.
• DO NOT SWITCH OFF external light fittings with timer control during night time (7pm-2am) for safety and security purpose

• Housekeeper will arrange for plant watering and common area cleaning session daily around 6-9am (morning) and 5-6pm (evening). Please be aware for wet garden path.
• Save energy, please SWITCH OFF all electricity, lights, air-conditioner and water heater when not in use or every time when leaving the unit. Please DO NOT SWITCH OFF power points at WIFI INTERNET / TIMER LIGHTS
• Save water, every drops count. Please TURN OFF water taps, shower, bidet when not in use.
• NO illegal activities are permitted.
• NO 🚭 SMOKING NO VAPING NO INCENSE STICK inside the rooms, DO NOT leave cigarettes butts or cigarettes boxes inside the suites or garden, penalty will be imposed (RM200)
• NO pets are allowed anywhere in the premises at any time under any circumstances.
• Feel free to use the kitchen. Please turn on ventilator/hood when cook to carry away odor. Please clean the dishes and place everything back in its original location before you leave.
• KEEP CLEAN! Please keep the house clean and tidy. Please throw your rubbish into the rubbish bin.
• DO NOT flush anything other than toilet papers into the toilet bowls, please take note that excessive toilet papers will causing toilet bowls clogged.
• For reasons attributable to the guest, if the Premises is defaced, damaged or heavily demolished, or any change is made to its original state, the guest will be charged the cost incurred.
• Make sure that to keep volume at a level that does not interfere with neighbour even during the day, and keep the noise down, especially after 10:00PM.
• Enjoy the garden! DO NOT pluck any plants in the garden, the guest will be charged the cost replacement for plants being plucked and damaged.
• Please note that there is One time Cleaning and laundry fee charged per stay for cleaning service upon check out, additional cleaning and laundry fee for additional service required. There will be additional laundry fee to be collected for the linens left with heavy or non-removable stain
• PENALTY will be imposed for lost or spoiled of keys for premise (RM100)
