The Space:
Located within the Cairns Central Plaza complex, the building features a welcoming street-level entrance with lift access, leading to your ninth-floor corner dual-key apartment with expansive views across the city and surrounding mountains. The rooftop offers a shared swimming pool, spa, and sun loungers—ideal for cooling off or relaxing in the tropical Cairns climate.
The one-bedroom suite opens into a bright and spacious living area, thoughtfully styled for comfort with a plush sofa, and smart TV. Sliding doors lead out to a furnished balcony, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space to relax and take in the elevated views. A second sheltered balcony sits just off the living area, complete with a round dining table—perfect for meals or morning coffee. The kitchen in this apartment is fully equipped with quality appliances including a dishwasher and full-size fridge, along with a Nespresso machine and all essential cookware and dining items.
The bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed, while the bathroom is modern and well-appointed with a walk-in shower and fresh towels.The living area also includes a sofa bed, which can be prepared for two guests upon request for an extra fee. In-unit laundry comes with both a washing machine and dryer.
The adjoining studio apartment offers added privacy with its own private entrance, making it ideal for extended families or groups travelling together. This space houses a queen-size bed, a dedicated workspace, TV, and a convenient kitchenette with a mini fridge, Nespresso machine, and essentials for light meals. The studio also features its own private balcony, offering a quiet spot to unwind while still enjoying the surrounding views.
