Start the new year with a great family vacation! Wild Turkey Lodge is also known as Ogden Valley Farm, a working and teaching/organic method vegetable and flower farm in Spring, Summer and Fall. Our valley is designated as dark sky country, so when not skiing come check our our fabulous Universe at night. For an additional experience, schedule a farm to table dinner created by your hosts for $25/person. We are taking reservations for the Winter Ski season now.

Several rental options are possible. OPTION 1 Rent our whole house for $450/night. This would include 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms that will accommodate up to six adults. OPTION 2 Wild Turkey Lodge can accommodate 1 separate bedroom with a queen bed bedroom for two adults with a private bath for $150/night. (NOTE: Each additional 2 adult bedroom has a queen bed. The bedroom has a shared bath for an additional $150/night. More than two adults will require additional bedrooms and each added room will cost $150/night.)
The Wild Turkey Lodge Bed and Breakfast only offers one booking per night to maintain the privacy of our guests. Your hosts, Farmer Glenn and his wife Boni reside in a separate wing of the main house and occasionally in a small cabin on the property when a larger party is booked. The entire lower level includes a comfortable queen-sized log bed, a separate bedroom with a full-sized bed, a full bath, a family room area with a fireplace, game table for 6 people, and a professional pool table. This option is recommended for a for a family with young children.
The Lodge is a perfect getaway from your fast-paced work schedule. : We are COVID-19 compliant, with cleaning, and social distancing and we will do all we can to maintain the lodge within recommended guidelines. The main lodge has a rustic feel by design without being dated in its amenities. We have created a relaxed, comfortable, peaceful setting for our guests. Much attention to detail has been made at Wild Turkey Lodge to provide a clean, comfortable, cozy, relaxing, informal setting where it is possible to find solitude +/or social opportunities depending on your interests and needs.

Natural beauty abounds in this peaceful valley where our retreat lodge is set in a scenic country forest near Pine View Reservoir in Northern Utah. Like the owners who are both artists, anyone who is interested in painting, drawing, or photography will recognize how amazing Ogden Valley is for stimulating a desire to be creative.
Recreation opportunities on the lake in summer include boating, stand-up paddle boarding, canoeing, and swimming. (If you are interested, we have a canoe for your use.) Mountains with hiking trails close by surround this lodge in every direction. Mountains and hills for dirt biking, hiking, or casual picnics with amazing views allow visitors to experience nature at its best. Ospreys, hawks, owls, sandhill cranes, pelicans, bald eagles, and other water birds are a delight for birdwatchers. Upcoming fall and winter sports including world class downhill and Nordic skiing, snowboarding, or snowshoeing in the world's finest powder snow make winter a delightful season. Mid-winter ice fishing brings another dimension to enjoyment of the out-of-doors to this year-round recreation area. There are equipment rental businesses in the region to help meet your recreation equipment needs.
Two lodge fireplaces are perfect places to beat the cold, have a family gathering, or curl up with a good book. Do you enjoy writing, painting, and/or creating? Spending time at Wild Turkey Lodge will bring renewal and inspiration for a new you!

Each day a full hot breakfast is prepared and host-served on your schedule by the owners and is included with your lodging fees. Other meals/picnic baskets/snacks may be requested at additional cost. (Special food restrictions and requests within reason will be honored.) Whenever possible, locally-sourced food will be offered. A list of local restaurants and other eateries within 25 minutes drive of The Wild Turkey Lodge will be provided as needed. A list of several museums and other attractions and activities in the same 25 minute radius may be obtained as well.
WiFi service is available to meet your needs. We also have hair dryers, laundry facilities, and other amenities for your use. Kitchen facilities may be available. We are open to special requests (I.e. additional meals) to make this a memorable vacation.
