Just a short stroll away from Melbourne's finest bars and eateries, you will be near all of the city's stadiums and sports arenas. 6 min walk to Flinders Station, 13 min walk to the Arts Centre, Hamer Hall and National Gallery of Victoria. 9 min walk to ACMI, 22 min walk to Marvel Stadium. STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking and we would be grateful for you to replace when used up. LINEN: We supply high quality linen and bath towels for your stay. LONG STAYS : All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable. CHECK OUT: We kindly ask that you stack the dishwasher, put the rubbish out and place used towels in the washing machine. Our cleaners will do the rest. AGE REQUIREMENT: We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age. Children are welcome.
