Two contemporary villas, Penelope and Circe, are nested next to each other, adjacent to the parking area of a seafront lot housing Moonlight villas, and surrounded by an olive orchard.

This villa, Penelope, is an amazing 80 sq. m. stone-facade 2-story property, with luxurious furnishings, and several contemporary amenities that include a private infinity swimming pool. The villa offers one bedroom on the ground floor and a large loft with sea views that features a king-size bed, plus a sofa bed.

The wooden lighted stairway and earthly colors add a homely, soothing touch. The spacious, open plan allows the sun light and sea breeze to come through all day long. The ground floor has garden and pool views, while the penthouse offers lovely views of the sea, mountains and the surrounding area.

The ground floor living area features a large TV and a sofa and has direct outdoor access to the terrace, garden and infinity swimming pool (17 sq. m.), where guests can relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen features built-in appliances, including a side-by-side fridge with ice-maker. An oak dining table (sitting 6 guests) is also available. The living area connects to a large outdoor siting area with a sofa set and lounges, as well as a round stone table perfect for open air dining.

The villa has two bathrooms, one on each floor, each with a shower and sink. The ground floor bedroom has 2 twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00), which can be converted into a king-size bed (1,80x 2,00), with a mattress topper upon request. The bedroom also features a large closet and mirror. The penthouse features a King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), a sitting area, and direct access to a balcony, where there is a private outdoor siting area with superb sea views.

On the covered patio of the ground floor there is a laundry room with stacked washing machine and dryer.
