Both bedrooms are styled for comfort and rest. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, built-in storage, an ensuite, and direct access to the second balcony for quiet moments outside. A second bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower, along with an internal laundry with washer and dryer, adds everyday convenience.

Heating and cooling are available to ensure year-round comfort, with a split system air conditioner in the living area, portable fans, and a portable heater stored in the laundry cupboard for cooler evenings. A dedicated driveway parking space is included, a rare convenience in Bondi. Please note that the apartment is located on Level 2 and is accessed via stairs, as there is no lift available.
