🍴 Dishwasher emptied
🔥 BBQ cleaned after use (or $100 fee applies)

🚮 Remove any excess rubbish (fees apply if left behind)
🛋️ Return furniture to original position
🏡 Leave the property clean and tidy

💲 Additional cleaning fees may apply if requirements are not met

🚭 SMOKING & PROHIBITED ITEMS
🚫 No smoking inside
💲 $400 penalty for smoking

🚫 No illicit drugs permitted
🚫 No intoxicated or disruptive guests allowed
