- Cliffside Oasis welcomes groups traveling together, including guests attending nearby weddings. However, the property is a vacation home and may not be used as an event venue. Weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, parties, and other organized events may not be hosted at the property.
- Only guests included on the reservation may stay overnight. Daytime visitors require prior written approval, and no more than 16 people may be present at the property at any time. Unregistered visitors are not permitted during quiet hours.
- The home, furnishings, and amenities are provided as pictured. Although the home sleeps up to 13 guests, it does not have one dining table that seats 13; dining seating is distributed among the available tables and breakfast bar. We do not provide event-style tables, chairs, linens, place settings, decorations, or event setup. Any outside rentals, vendors, catering services, or deliveries require prior written approval.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Amplified music, tents, confetti, glitter, and decorations attached to walls or furnishings are not permitted. Parking is limited to five vehicles in the garage and driveway.
- This home is a haven of tranquility and luxury, but it may not be suitable for children due to the property’s cliffside location.
- Active railroad tracks run below the property along the Columbia River; trains pass day & night and can be heard from inside & outside the home
- This 2-story home requires one step to enter. The 1st floor features 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and 1 half bathroom. Interior stairs are required to access the remaining 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor.
