With its modern decoration and fully equipped, it has all the necessary comforts: wifi, household linen provided, beds made on arrival, nice spaces for relaxation or work, baby equipment if necessary, etc.

Accommodation
Located on the ground floor of a 2-storey building, the 40 m² flat is composed as follows

- A bright and uncluttered living room with a lounge area equipped with a sofa (convertible), coffee table, TV and small desk, a dining area with a round table and a nice fully equipped tiled kitchen (fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, etc).
- Large double bedroom (bed 140) with plenty of storage space and TV
- Functional shower room (Italian shower and washbasin)
- Separate suspended WC

For the little ones, a baby bed and a high chair are available in the flat.


Neighbourhood
In the heart of the city centre of Châteauroux, you are 2 minutes from the station and 1 minute from the shopping street. You don't need a car to fully enjoy the city, however, there are several car parks nearby if you need them.
Access to many shops as well, restaurants, bars, a very good pizzeria, cinema at 5 min walk, bakery, etc.

Activities
Visits to the Château Raoult
Belle Isle Park is a 5 minute walk away, with many sporting activities.
A large aquatic centre Balsaneo awaits you with its outdoor and indoor pools and spa.
