We are coming to the end of the renovation of our 330m2 farmhouse and its outbuilding of about 50m2.<br><br>It is 10 minutes from all amenities, 20 minutes from the areas of St Dié and 30 minutes from the lake of GERARDMER and the 1st ski slopes.<br><br>If you are looking for a place to disconnect, this property is your solution. There is no departmental road to get there, you will have to take a small municipal road to get to us.<br><br>The farmhouse is composed of a large living room open to the kitchen and the large fireplace: Fully equipped kitchen with a central island (cooking piano, American fridge, ice maker, fondue appliances, raclettes, pancakes, cookeo, various coffee machines).<br><br>The large living room is placed just in front of the large fireplace.<br><br> 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets are available. <br><br>A dormitory has been created especially for children (6 max). <br><br>4 adult bedrooms with 160 cm bedding, one of which has a whirlpool. <br><br>And finally 1 small living room with a small fireplace embellished with a comfortable sofa and stressless armchairs.<br><br>Various leisure activities such as a TV area, billiards, table football, an arcade machine, a car cockpit, a dart board, a poker table and wifi are at your disposal to enhance your stay.<br><br>The outbuilding, with a view of the peaks, is equipped with a 5-person Spa, a sauna and light therapy.<br><br>Outside, large plot of 5000m2 with swing, petanque court, several terraces and barbecue.<br><br>Everything is rented for a minimum of 2 nights, weekend or week.<br><br>We can have the breads and other delicacies delivered to you in the mornings before 7am and also put you in touch with a catering service for your festive meals. A beer tap is also available with the kegs according to your desires (15l, 20l or 30l the kegs are charged in addition to the rental). If necessary, a 9-seater car rental service for the stay can also be offered in addition.<br><br>The village of Mortagne occupies a hilly buttress of the Vosges mountains. The settlement is very scattered. The main localities are l'Orme, the Bout du Dessus, the Bout du Milieu and the Bout du Dessous.
