Sydney CBD is around 50 minutes’ drive via the M5.

Driving is recommended for the most convenience. The home includes a covered carport, with plenty of free street parking available.

Public transport, shopping centres, hospitals, and major attractions are all within a short drive, making it easy to get around during your stay.

This is a brand new home (completed December 2025). Minor finishing touches in the area may still be ongoing.

The property is family-friendly and located in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted.

No smoking anywhere on the property (penalties apply).

Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

The home is for registered guests only.
