This beautiful home is conveniently located only minutes walk away from the Noosa River foreshore, where you'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and variety of fabulous activities available.
Boats, jet-skis, paddleboards and Noosa tours are all on your doorstep at this gorgeously fitted out Noosa holiday house.
Upon entry on the ground floor you will experience a large and light-filled open-plan living area, featuring a comfy lounge, a Smart TV, a dining table, and a modern kitchen equipped with SMEG appliances and a Nespresso coffee pod machine.
Expansive glass sliding doors lead to the northeast-facing spacious outdoor area, complete with outdoor dining table, Weber BBQ; and ample sized private pool with cafe seating and sun lounges.

Sleeping up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a powder room - this property is a perfect fit for extended family stays or couples retreats.
The bright and spacious master bedroom boasts a king bed, walk-in robe and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious corner spa bath and dual vanity. The private covered balcony offers a leafy breezy retreat to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon spritzer.
Also upstairs is a second bedroom featuring a king bed (can be configured to two singles with prior notice at a cost of $100.00); and a double bottom bunk bed (top bunk not included).
The downstairs Queen bedroom with sliding doors to the rear courtyard also features a private shower and vanity. The separate powder room is directly adjacent to this bedroom.
All bedrooms include a split system air-conditioning/heating unit; ceiling fans and TV's making each sleeping space easy and comfortable to enjoy.
Laundry facilities including washer and dryer (located in the garage) are provided for your convenience.
Off-street parking for one small to medium car is available in the secure garage.
One small to medium sized dog will be considered. Please include breed and age in your booking details.
This fabulous holiday home is just a 5-minute drive to Hastings Street, Main Beach and the Noosa National Park, also a short easy stroll or minute drive to local neighbourhood shopping precinct, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.
The iconic Noosa River is a great, safe spot to swim and play.
Hire a stand up paddle, kayak or boat to further explore the river and canals, or hop on the 'Noosa Ferry' to cruise in style.

The Neighborhood:
There are plenty of cafe and restaurant options in Noosaville, especially along the Noosa River. The river is a great spot for kids to play in the sand, swim or play. There is also a great, large playground, the "Pirate Park", along the foreshore about a 10 minute walk away. Hire a stand up paddle, kayak or boat to further explore the river and canals, or hop on the 'Noosa Ferry' for a cruise or to get into town in style. A short walk to local shops - Woolworths, Dan Murphy's, Chemist, Post Office etc at Noosa Village Shopping Centre.

The secure garage is suited to a small to medium size vehicle.
We will accept strictly one small to medium sized dog only upon application - $50 pet fee per stay (guests must submit a photo of their dog for approval).

The twin room with bunk bed will only be set up to sleep two guests (one single bed and one bottom bunk bed).
