We are young family live upstairs — so you may occasionally hear the natural rhythm of daily life above you: footsteps, laughter, and the sounds of a household in motion. We respect quiet hours and are raising our kids with mindfulness and an early appreciation for hospitality, so we do our best to keep things peaceful.

We're always close by, which means we're also always available. Need a local restaurant recommendation, directions, help arranging a service during your stay, or just have a question? Don't hesitate to knock or message us — we genuinely love making your experience a great one.

During spring and summer you may see us in the yard or using the hose on your side of the property. In winter, we'll be out for snow removal. We work quickly and try to cause as little disruption as possible — thank you for your patience and understanding.

Late check-out may be arranged if the calendar allows. Please ask at least 24 hours ahead.

🔥Gas fireplace — important safety notice
The property features gas fireplaces for your comfort. The glass front and surrounding surfaces get extremely hot during and after use — do not touch them. Never leave the fireplace on unattended, and keep children well away at all times. Always turn the fireplace fully off before leaving the property. Do not place any items on or near the fireplace. If you smell gas at any time, turn off the fireplace immediately, ventilate the room, and contact us straight away.

🚬 No smoking or drugs
Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited. Violations of the smoking policy incur a $250 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited.

🎉 No parties or events
Gatherings, parties, and large groups are not permitted. Violation may result in immediate cancellation.

👥 Registered guests only
Only guests listed in the booking may stay overnight. Please inform us of all guests before arrival. Exterior cameras in use.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please keep music, TV, and conversations at a considerate volume.

🐾 No pets allowed
Sorry, we do not allow any pets or animals on the property. This applies to all guests and visitors without exception.

👟 No shoes inside
Please remove your shoes at the entrance.

🧹 Keep the space clean and tidy
Please maintain cleanliness throughout your stay .

🛋️ Do not move furniture or decorations
Please leave all furniture, décor, and themed items in their original positions. Rearranging is not permitted.

⚠️ Report any damage immediately
If anything is damaged or broken during your stay, please inform us right away via Airbnb messages. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit or reported to the booking platform.

🍽️ Dishes & kitchen
Please wash up or run the dishwasher before checking out. Leave the kitchen as you found it.

💡 Energy & heating
Please turn off lights, heating, and appliances when leaving. Keep windows closed while heating is on.

🔒 Lock up when you leave
Please make sure all doors and windows are locked each time you leave the property.
