At the front of the home, two generous bedrooms welcome you with soft natural light, ceiling fans, split type air-conditioning, and ample wardrobe space… perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the hinterland. These rooms are serviced by a beautifully updated bathroom featuring a freestanding bath, separate shower with both rain and handheld options.



As you move through the home, a large, well-equipped laundry with front-loading washer and dryer adds everyday convenience; ideal for longer stays or families. The layout then opens into the heart of the home: a warm and inviting open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space designed for gathering. The chef’s kitchen is a standout, complete with a premium Smeg five-burner gas cooktop, 900mm oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a large family-sized fridge…perfect for cooking up shared meals. The dining table comfortably seats eight, flowing seamlessly into the living area where a generous modular lounge invites everyone to relax together in front of the large smart TV.



Privately positioned just off the living area, the master suite offers a peaceful parents’ retreat. Featuring a split king-sized bed, walk-in robe, smart TV, ceiling fan and spacious ensuite with double vanity and twin shower heads, it’s a quiet sanctuary within the home.



Upstairs, a second living zone provides the perfect space for kids or additional guests, complete with a sofa bed, TV, study nook, and its own separate toilet. A fourth queen bedroom with split system air-conditioning completes this level, offering comfort and privacy for larger groups.

*** Child Policy *** Please note that the property is not suitable for children between the ages of 2 and 10 due to the steep stairs within the home. Please send a message to the host prior to booking if you feel this wont be an issue for you. They will consider your request to stay.



*** This property is pet-friendly and welcomes dogs of a non shedding nature. Dogs that shed are to be kept outside at all times. Cats are not permitted.



* **About This Property:** Please remember that this is a private house specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.



* **Guest Verification:** For the security of our guests and property, you will be asked to complete a simple ID verification through our partner, Truvi, before we are able to provide you with your check in information. This helps us comply with local regulations and ensures a smooth check-in for you



* **Noise and Smoking:** Please be mindful of our neighbourhood and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am. Smoking is permitted on the front and back decks and ashtrays are provided for your convenience



* **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the house fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.
