Welcome to this patio-style condo in Allerton Village at Ocean Edge Resort! This inviting getaway features a spacious primary bedroom with a king-size bed and private en-suite bath. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, while the open loft includes a futon—perfect for extra guests or flexible sleeping arrangements.

The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a mini-split A/C unit, a TV, and cozy couches—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Step outside to enjoy the private patio, complete with outdoor furniture—ideal for unwinding after the beach or enjoying a meal fresh off the grill in the Cape Cod air.

Brewster Attractions:
- Cape Cod Rail Trail: Enjoy miles of scenic biking and walking paths. Rent bikes nearby on Route 6A and set off on a carefree adventure through Brewster.
- Brewster Flats: Don't miss the iconic tidal flats at low tide—perfect for shell collecting, barefoot strolls, and unforgettable photos.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets—every day of your stay—to top activities, including:
