A quick 5-minute drive takes you to local shops, cafés and everyday essentials, while Huskisson is only 15 minutes away for dining, boutique shopping and coastal activities. Hyams Beach and Booderee National Park are also within a 15-minute drive, making this an ideal base for exploring the region.

Set in a prime coastal pocket, you’re moments from local dining, boutique shopping, and the relaxed seaside atmosphere the area is known for. The calm, family-friendly waters of Dt Georges Basin are just a short stroll away, ideal for swimming and paddle boarding.



Within a short drive, discover the iconic white sands of Hyams Beach or explore the scenic bush walks, hidden coves, and native wildlife of Booderee National Park — making it the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure.



Getting around is easy with little traffic most of the year, great bike paths and pleasant walks everywhere. Public transport is limited.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.



> What is included?

Jervis Bay Rentals provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.



The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is surface cleaner, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dish cloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like glad wrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics and often more, including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.



Bathrooms have as a minimum shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.



There are laundry detergent sheets supplied for the washing machine.



Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost. Unfortunately the property doesn't have enough linen and towels for infants. Please bring your own if required.
