The second floor is thoughtfully divided for privacy: the front staircase leads to two queen bedrooms with a shared "Jack & Jill" bathroom, while a separate back staircase near the laundry area opens to the primary queen suite with en-suite bathroom. Outside, a large deck overlooks lush woods, and a refreshing outdoor shower provides the perfect rinse after a day at the private association beach on Sheep Pond. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
