OUR PROPERTY
This freestanding home has been an Airbnb favourite, but as new owners, our reviews start with our guests Summer 2026 and we are listing it with Stayz as well.

In the heart of Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, guests highly rate our large sun-drenched terrace, charming provincial style, fabulous location 3 minutes walk from beaches, restaurants and shops. The property's comfortable beds, fluffy towels, air con, WiFi, full kitchen, bbq are perfect ingredients for an idyllic seaside holiday.

French doors lead outside from the living area and both bedrooms.

During your stay, you have access to the entire property. There is a security gate upon arrival, so you can maintain your privacy and safety within the property even if you keep French doors open. There is only one locked cupboard on the property where we keep household cleaning supplies. We will give you details about the property's key safe prior to your arrival for self-check-in.

Our aim is to ensure your memories are good ones and that you want to return to our property for future holidays.

YOUR STAY

WE PREFER WEEKLY BOOKINGS FROM SATURDAYS BUT ASK US…..

This is because we have valued cleaners who service our property every Saturday.

If you choose to stay longer than a week, our cleaners will return each Saturday to change the bed linen, towels, etc. and clean the home for you.

If you choose to stay for less than a week, we will try to accommodate your request and adjust the price accordingly.

While there are only two queen size beds, we do have a spare single mattress and appropriate bedding available for an additional child.

SUPPORT
We have a folder inside our property with telephone numbers for us and other emergency providers.

We are available by sms and email for less urgent matters.

We have a trusted group of tradespeople who will attend promptly to any issue that arises during your stay that needs attention.

We always leave spare bed linen and towels for your convenience - including beach towels.
