Ideal for couples, solo travelers, and work-related stays looking for a clean, comfortable home base in the North. It's within walking distance to billiards, restaurants, and grocery store.

Late evening arrivals are welcome with self check-in.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire private lower-level suite, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, dining/living area, and in-suite laundry. The suite has its own private entrance with self check-in using a keypad door lock for convenient arrival at any time after check-in. The smart lock is set to automatically lock within 120 seconds for your safety and security.

Guests may also use the designated right-side driveway parking spot during their stay.

Located in the quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood of Crocus Glen, the suite is close to walking trails, local restaurants, shopping, and everyday amenities. Downtown Whitehorse is approximately a 10-minute drive away, making it a convenient home base for both work trips and Yukon adventures.

Located just 60 seconds from the Alaska Highway, the suite offers quick and convenient access whether you’re travelling north or south through the Yukon. It’s also a straight shot to/from the airport.

Parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval.

As this is a private suite within a family home, you may occasionally hear normal day-to-day household sounds during daytime hours, including light footsteps or the occasional sound of children upstairs. Quiet hours are respected between 10 PM and 7 AM to help ensure a relaxing stay for everyone. If you’re seeking absolute hotel-style silence at all times, a fully detached accommodation may be a better fit.
