The grounds and amenities are open to all registered guests and owners of the Holiday Towers and are not exclusively private to your booking. Maintenance may be needed during your stay and we will give plenty of notice if this is needed and entry will be mandatory. Mid-stay cleanings and entry to the property are required for stays longer than 28 days (see special notes for more info)

VayKLife Beach Gear Delivery credit of $35 per night applies to bookings 2-35 nights in length that are made at least 2 full days in advance of the stay. VayKLife will contact you directly shortly after booking with details.

It is expected that the guest will return the property and all that is included, in the same condition in which it is received besides needing a regular cleaning and linen service. Excessive cleaning and damages may result in extra fees.

*FOR STAYS 29 DAYS OR LONGER: We require cleanings/inspections every 2 or 4 weeks during longer stays. The cleaning fee is less than the departure cleaning fee, however, you will be responsible for this fee for each clean during your stay. You must authorize this as a separate charge. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for approximately 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you. Please also note that this price does not include linen change service but that service is available for an additional cost. Please inquire. USPS DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REGULAR MAIL AT THIS SHORT TERM RENTAL PROPERTY. PLEASE SECURE OTHER METHODS LIKE A P.O. BOX IF YOU WISH TO GET MAIL WHILE STAYING LONGER THAN 29 DAYS.
