As you mentioned, the previous guests’ late departure significantly shortened the time available for our cleaning team to prepare the property, but ultimately, it is my responsibility to ensure the home is fully ready before the next guests arrive. I appreciate you bringing these concerns to my attention during your stay, as it gives me the opportunity to address them with our cleaning team and improve our procedures. We will also be paying closer attention to providing sufficient towels and toiletries for larger groups. Thank you as well for taking the time to sweep and mop before leaving.
