The main floor is designed for effortless gathering and relaxation. The spacious living room serves as the heart of the home, centered around a stunning floor-to-ceiling original brick fireplace updated with a sleek modern insert. Adjacent to the living areas, a dedicated dining room features a round table perfect for shared meals in a bright, classic setting. The efficient, stylish kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a quartz breakfast bar, high-end stainless steel appliances, and designer globe pendants. Outside, you can enjoy a quiet moment on the covered front porch's custom swing overlooking the manicured grounds of this historic street.

The entire top floor is dedicated to a private 540+ sq. ft. primary master suite—a true sanctuary featuring a deep standalone soaking tub and a glass-enclosed rainfall shower with custom tile work. This home is situated in a designated historic area, allowing guests to admire the beautifully preserved 100-year-old architecture. The Neighborhood: This is a quiet residential area. We have a strict no-party, no-smoking, and no-pets policy to respect our neighbors.

Basement Unit: Please note the basement is a separate unit with its own completely separate entrance, occupied by long-term residents. No interior spaces are shared.

Heritage Care: As a designated historic place, we ask that you treat the original 110-year-old details (like the wood-sash windows and beveled siding) with care.
