Rock Point Bay Retreat - Stunning Lake Erie Waterfront Cottage

The time has come that the kid's sports have taken over our summer and we no longer have time to visit our Happy Place as much as we'd like.

For anyone looking to rent a cottage getaway this summer, keep us in mind.

Our newly renovated waterfront cottage with a private beach sleeps six comfortably.

Enjoy the large yard, fire pit and back deck with panoramic views of Lake Erie.

There are three bedrooms. The master has a walkout to the deck with breathtaking views of the Mohawk Island Lighthouse and Rock Point Provincial Park. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and Bedroom 3 has a double with a twin bunk.

If you sit on the raised deck by the water early in the morning while watching the sunrise, you'll be sure to see our resident Bald Eagle soaring past.

The cottage has an open concept living area with a full kitchen, living room, sunken dining room and reading nook. This area of the cottage is surrounded with windows so you can still enjoy the view while inside.

The property includes access to the private beach - there are two sets of stairs. One down to a large deck, then another down to the water. As the cottage is in a raised location, these stairs are considered steep and may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. Very young children will require assistance.
