This well-maintained modern home is ideally located in a peaceful neighborhood, providing easy access to not only St Kilda Precinct but is minutes away from the CBD, Arts Precincts, AO and Grand Prix (F1) - a convenient base to explore Melbourne

Note: This is a shared property with a large comfy private room and separate entrance. Guests will have shared access to the bathroom (next to the bedroom) as well as kitchen, and living area, which are upstairs.

You are welcome to make yourself at home in a big bright ground-floor bedroom with a private entrance. It’s fully equipped with a study desk, comfy chairs, ample storage & easy access to the front yard. Enjoy the sunny mornings, or use the blinds for a more restful start to your day.

The property features a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living areas, making it perfect for both short and long stays. The sleek bathroom offers all the essentials, and the property is furnished with contemporary décor to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The second bedroom is reserved for the host and is not available for guest use.

While you’ll be able to see the friendly pets next door, please note that our property does not accommodate pets.

You will be provided with 1 set of 3 keys:

- Front gate
- Main entrance and Separate room entrance
- Room lock

You can access the room either through the main entrance or via the private room entrance from the front yard.
