Nestled on level 37 of Oracle Tower 1, our exceptional Skyhome offers family-sized luxury. With three spacious bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and two TV rooms, you’ll have ample room to unwind. The kitchen and main living areas are immaculately presented, designed for comfort and relaxation. From the moment you step inside, you’ll be captivated by the breathtaking views. Conveniently located in the heart of Broadbeach, the Oracle is surrounded by the best beaches, restaurants, and cafes.

The space
Our beautiful photos showcase our immaculately presented, family-sized apartment. The furnishings are practical and comfortable, while the soft and luxurious linen and bedding create a relaxing and indulgent atmosphere. The apartment has been thoughtfully styled to reflect a relaxing holiday.

Our apartment accommodates up to SIX people only. Children aged two and older are included in the six people rule.

Infants UNDER the age of two are very welcome at our place and may stay at no additional charge. Let us know if you would like to hire a stroller, port-a-cot or high chair. BYO baby linen.

For the safety and security of guests and to comply with fraud prevention requirements, all bookings must complete our Online Check In Form before arrival.
Please note that your booking will not be considered confirmed or finalized until the required verification has been completed.
By submitting the online check in, you are agreeing to all house rules and booking terms and conditions.

CHECK-IN
Check-in is usually available from 3:00 pm.
Please note that, while we do our best, a 3:00 pm check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to cleaning schedules. We always do our best to fit in with your travel plans.
Keys will be available for collection from our lockbox on check in day.
Easy to follow directions and other helpful information to ensure check-in goes smoothly, will be provided on the morning of check-in.

Please read the House Rules, Booking Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy prior to booking our place. We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover any losses which may occur if you need to cancel your booking for an unforeseen reason.

NO SMOKING – Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in any common areas.

WHAT WE INCLUDE IN OUR STARTER PACK
We provide a generous starter pack of items so you don't have to dash to the supermarket on arrival. These items may not last the entire trip. If you are with us for more than two nights, you may like to re stock items at the local supermarket. Woolworths supermarket is conveniently located right next door for any additional supplies you require.

Bathroom - toilet paper, tissues, liquid hand wash, shampoo and conditioner are available.

Kitchen and Laundry - laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquid, a dishcloth and rubbish bags will be supplied. A selection of tea, coffee (instant and Nespresso), milk, sugar and other pantry basics are provided.

BATH LINEN
We supply one bath towel per booked guest plus two hand towels and one bath mat per bathroom. Additional bath linen is available for hire during your stay. Details for ordering additional linen will be available in our guest book.

BEACH TOWELS
We provide beach towels which you are very welcome to use. Beach towels not returned on departure are charged at $40 each.

SELF CONTAINED
You are booking a fully self contained holiday apartment. There are no daily housekeeping services provided during your stay. Basic cleaning equipment is provided to assist with keeping things tidy during your stay. You have full access to the laundry in the apartment to wash linen and clothing if required.

FREE WIFI
You are welcome to use our wifi to login to your own streaming accounts such as Netflix during the stay.

AIR CONDITIONING
Our apartment is air conditioned (heating and cooling).

CAR PARKING
TWO complimentary secure access basement car parks are available with a 2.2m height clearance. Large, oversized vehicles will not be suitable for the secure basement car parking area.

ADDITIONAL VEHICLES
If you are bringing more than one vehicles, paid overnight car parking is available next door in the Oasis Shopping Centre for around $40 per night (subject to change).

HOUSE RULES
We like to cover everything upfront so there are no surprises for you or us. A confirmed booking means you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL RULES
No schoolies, parties, events, gatherings. No hens / bucks events.

No third party bookings. The guest booking must be the guest staying.

NO SMOKING - smoking is not permitted in the apartment, on the balcony or in common areas.

Damage and breakages are to be reported prior to departure.

RULES RELATING TO GUESTS
Only booked guests are permitted in the property. Undisclosed persons are not permitted.

Only booked guests may use the facilities. Extra visitors are not permitted.

Children are to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

EXTRA CLEANING
We provide a self contained home away from home experience and daily house keeping is not available during your stay. You are required to leave our place tidy and in good prior to departure.

You will be charged for extra cleaning if our carpet or upholstery requires professional cleaning or if any extra cleaning is required as a result of the property being left in a mess.

CHECK OUT
Check out by 10am - our cleaner will arrive and enter the apartment at 10am. Late check outs are not available and hold up our cleaners.

Each set of keys issued must be returned to the apartment prior to departure. A $250 replacement fee applies for each set not returned as instructed.

Lights/ fans / air conditioner are to be turned off and doors are to closed and locked prior to departure.

Rubbish bins and fridge are to be emptied. Do not leave any rubbish, groceries or left over food in the apartment.

Dishwasher is to be stacked and turned on. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on the bench.

CHECK IN
Check in is usually available from 2pm
Please note -  while we do our best, unfortunately a 2pm check in is not guaranteed and depends on cleaning schedules.  

CALL OUT FEES
If you lock yourself out of the building / car park area or you lose keys, there will be a call out fee of $200 to be paid in cash to the person who arrives to assist you. If you lock yourself out of the building between 9pm and 9am (outside of business hours) you will need to find alternate accommodation for the evening and we will send somebody to assist you at 9am. The $200 call out fee will apply. If a set of keys was lost, a $250 replacement fee will apply.

HOUSE RULES WILL BE ENFORCED WITHOUT EXCEPTION
Noise complaints or any breach of the house rules during your stay will result in immediate eviction without refund.

PROBLEMS DURING YOUR STAY
We do our best to minimise the chance of problems occurring during your stay. However sometimes things out of our control will happen. If there is an issue, please bring it to our attention immediately and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the problem as soon as possible. There will be no refunds, full or partial, unless Airbnb policies state otherwise.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A pre authorisation hold of 500 AUD will be automatically processed on the morning of check in using the credit card on file. This hold will be automatically released within 7 days of check out if the house rules and check out instructions are followed.
