Located in a quiet residential pocket of North Bondi, guests are just moments from Bondi Beach, scenic coastal walks, local cafés, restaurants, parks, and shopping conveniences. Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs are also easily accessible by public transport or car, allowing guests to enjoy the perfect balance of beachside living and city convenience.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including all living spaces and amenities.
At the back of the property there is a separate private guest house with its own entrance, occupied independently and completely separate from the house, so guests do not share any living spaces. The only shared area on the property is the laundry room.

Getting around is easy from this convenient North Bondi location, with multiple bus routes nearby providing direct access to Bondi Junction, Sydney CBD, Circular Quay, and surrounding suburbs. Bondi Beach, local cafés, restaurants, parks, and coastal walks are all within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area on foot.
Bondi Junction Station is approximately a 10-minute drive or short bus ride away, offering train connections across Sydney, while Sydney CBD can be reached in around 20–25 minutes by car or public transport.

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
