In winter, the villa becomes warm, quiet, and cocooning — the perfect place to curl up on the couch, watch the rain move through the gums, or retreat to the peaceful green bedroom that feels suspended in the treetops.

Your accommodation is completely private and self-contained, and most guests wouldn’t even realise we’re there. We’re nearby if you need us, while still giving you space to fully relax and unwind.

You`ll have full access to the upper level of Villa 1 during your stay with us. Enter through the front door and head straight upstairs to the open plan kitchen, dining, living and the beautiful king bedroom, walk through robe and ensuite bathroom. Downstairs you`ll find a full laundry.

All bed linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided!

Basic kitchen amenities are provided, as well as bathroom products. The house has an pod coffee machine. We provide Nespresso pods to get you started, please bring along your favourite milk. Our local Foodland is a 2min drive away and has everything you`ll need!

~ Additional 4 persons as DAY visitors allowed during stay - Max 2 adult overnight.

~ Quiet time is between 9pm and 9am, no loud music or voices at any times. Please respect our wonderful neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after sunset to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

~ Please follow all community rules within the village, pool rules, car directions and speed restrictions.

~ No pets allowed.

~ This home is smoke free, no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.

~ Please notify us immediately if something is damaged or broken.
