Spread across multiple levels, the property offers a spacious upper-level home, a self-contained guest suite, and a versatile attic retreat surrounded by leafy outlooks. On the upper floor, the main living area features an oversized lounge, TV, and direct access to a private balcony overlooking the treetops. The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances, including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator, while two separate dining areas provide plenty of room for meals at home.

Overlooking the backyard, the sunroom creates a light-filled nook for reading, quiet conversations, or slow morning coffees. Just beyond, the covered patio pairs outdoor seating with a gas BBQ, creating an easy setting for alfresco meals and relaxed evenings outdoors. The backyard, established gardens, and tranquil fish pond further enhance the property's peaceful atmosphere.

Accommodation is thoughtfully arranged across the home. On the upper level, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, an ensuite, and direct balcony access. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a double bed. Above, the attic-style escape includes a dedicated workspace, portable fan, and a sofa bed that can be prepared as an additional sleeping space upon request.

On the ground level, the self-contained guest suite provides an additional private retreat with a queen bed, lounge area, wall-mounted TV, dining space, bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, stovetop, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine. A private patio surrounded by greenery offers another peaceful spot to relax outdoors.

Three bathrooms service the property, including the primary ensuite, a family bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower, and the guest suite's bathroom with a walk-in shower. Laundry facilities are available in both the main home and guest suite, while central heating and air conditioning service the upper levels, and split-system air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a portable heater ensure comfort within the guest suite. From there, the park opens up further with riverside picnic spots, kayaking and boating on the Lane Cove River, and the historic Fairyland Pleasure Gardens are all within easy reach. When the energy calls for something different, Chatswood offers a dense, vibrant dining scene running from world-renowned names like Din Tai Fung and Hai Di Lao through to beloved local institutions, hand-pulled noodles, and some of Sydney's best roast duck. Westfield and Chatswood Chase take care of the shopping, and with the Metro close by, the CBD and Macquarie Park are an easy ride away whenever the group feels like venturing out.

The property features a split-level layout with multiple staircases. The main entry involves a steep driveway and several external stairs to reach the entrance, with an internal staircase leading to the attic/loft level. This property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Please note: The property features a small fish pond in the garden. For safety, we kindly ask that young children are supervised closely when in the outdoor area, particularly near the pond.
