Welcome to Singing Pass at Fitzsimmons Walk - by ZenAway Vacation Rentals!

Singing Pass at Fitzsimmons Walk is a stunning year-round 4 bed 3.5 bath townhome located just a stones throw from the Whistler village. This quiet, upscale enclave sits along the Valley Trail with peaceful creek views, while Nesters Market is steps across the road and the Village Stroll is a scenic 15-minute walk — or a quick 2-minute drive — away.

**Please note the living room wood-burning fireplace is not currently functional and we hope to have it back in operation by mid-summer 2026.

Experience the perfect blend of mountain living and Scandinavian charm in this professionally designed home, featuring vaulted ceilings, post-and-beam construction, designer furnishings, mountain-inspired art, and state-of-the-art appliances. With a king-size primary suite upstairs and three additional bedrooms, this multi-level townhome comfortably accommodates couples, friends, or a family with kids, ensuring everyone enjoys a good night's sleep and plenty of space to relax.

Whether you're sipping wine by the fireplace, firing up the BBQ, soaking in the hot tub or heading up the mountain for your next adventure, Singing Pass is where memories are made.

Room 1: Primary bedroom (upstairs) - King bed, TV with cable, fireplace, closet for storage and a spacious spa-inspired ensuite bathroom featuring a separate soaker bathtub.
Room 2: Second bedroom (upstairs) - Queen bed and closet for storage
Room 3: Third bedroom (upstairs) - Three-tier Twin Bunk Bed and a separate Twin Bed, Smart TV with cable and closet for storage
Room 4: Fourth bedroom (downstairs) - Queen bed and closet for storage and ensuite bathroom
Room 5: Living room (downstairs) - Queen-size sofa bed, TV with cable

LOCATION:
Situated just a stones throw from the north of the Whistler Village, the Fitzsimmon Walk complex offers unrivaled access to everything the resort has to offer: skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, Lost Lake park, shopping and dining. The quiet, creek side location provides a peaceful retreat while still being close to the vibrant village scene. Located across the road from Nester's grocery store, liquor store and local eateries and with the Whistler Village being just a 15-20 minute walk, 2 minute drive or the bus stop, a 3 minute walk away, makes trips to the ski gondolas quick and convenient.

PARKING:
Parking is provided on site for 2 vehicles in the private underground garage and there is also first-come first serve Visitor Parking available secure underground parkade (height and size restrictions may apply - the parking garage clearance is 7'1”).

ACCESSIBILITY:
Please note this multi level townhome has two sets of stairs, with no access to an elevator.

Other things to note:
All guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement within 24 hours of booking to confirm their reservation. We will also require a piece of government ID with the name matching the name on the reservation and the credit card to be uploaded to our secure portal.
