*PETS*
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog. We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not respected.
Additional fees: $100 per stay + Airbnb fee
Conditions:
• You must have at least 1 positive comment from previous experiences;
• Your dog must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs;
• Your dog must be "clean": dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Should you find it impossible to prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to bring your own bedding (blankets for beds and sofas) during your stay.
• Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbours and must be on a leash at all times when in the common areas.
• You must pick up after your dog at all times and keep the unit clean. We must not find drops in the garden and-or surroundings after your stay.
• The dog must never be left alone in the apartment.

Cats and other pets are NOT ALLOWED.

*NOISES*
To respect our neighbors, parties are strictly prohibited, and we ask that guests keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evenings and at night.
Please note that this is an older building. Guests may hear traffic from Boulevard Valcartier as well as some noise from neighboring units.

*ACCESSIBILITY*
Please note that there are 18 exterior steps to climb before reaching the apartment, which is located on the second floor.
