The apartment is located on the 1st floor on the Etang de Thau side with also an entrance to the building on the first floor on the Parc Charles de Gaulle side.

The residence has a free private parking lot available to residents (the number of spaces is limited), as well as a locked BIKE room.

Located in the city center, in a secure, very quiet and well-maintained residence (Résidence le Nautic A - impasse/rue du Lamparo), it is 300 meters from the thermal establishment and the casino, and 100 meters from the Etang de Thau and the beaches of the city center.

You will find all the shops nearby (grocery store, caterers, bakers, shellfish producers, regional products...) as well as doctors, pharmacies, restaurants and the large market 2 times a week, at the foot of the residence.
You can also use the bus to do your shopping and go to the large shopping center, or go for a walk. The bus stop is located in front of the residence.
