• Guest Registration & Renter Agreement: For security and insurance purposes, all bookings require completion of a short renter agreement prior to arrival. The agreement confirms guest details and outlines key property information and house rules. Check-in instructions will be provided once the agreement has been completed.
• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: These requests are subject to availability and the cleaning schedule. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Additional fees may apply.

• Extended Stays: For bookings longer than three weeks, we include a complimentary mid-stay clean. This service can be arranged for shorter stays for an additional fee.

• Accessibility: Please reach out before booking if you have any specific accessibility needs.

• Safety: For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and a first-aid kit.
