Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the 5-star resident facilities, including multiple swimming pools sauna, fully equipped gym, BBQ facilities, and the Eforea Spa. You will be provided with one set of keys, giving you the flexibility to come and go as you please during your visit.

- Strict no party policy applies to all stays to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and residents.

- This is a privately owned holiday apartment and is not managed by Hilton Hotel. All enquiries, requests, maintenance, cleaning, and security matters should be directed to your Host, we are always happy to assist you.

- Please never give our key cards to the Hilton reception.

- To access your floor in the lift, simply tap your key card on the reader for a moment (it may occasionally take a few seconds to register), then select Level 22. The system will then allow access to your floor.



Check-in & Check-out:



Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM

- Early check-in may be requested at least one day in advance and is subject to availability (cannot be guaranteed on the day of arrival).



Standard check-out time: 10:00 AM

- Late check-out requests must be made by the night prior to departure and are subject to approval.

- Without prior approval, cleaners will commence entry at 10:00 AM.
