❖ Please never give our key cards to the Hilton reception.

❖ To access your floor in the lift, simply tap your key card on the reader for a moment (it may occasionally take a few seconds to register), then select Level 22. The system will then allow access to your floor.

Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM

❖ Early check-in may be requested at least one day in advance and is subject to availability (cannot be guaranteed on the day of arrival).



Standard check-out time: 10:00 AM

❖ Late check-out requests must be made by the night prior to departure and are subject to approval.

❖ Without prior approval, cleaners will commence entry at 10:00 AM.
