Thoughtfully designed for easy holiday living, the home offers multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to gather, unwind and spend time together. The main living area features comfortable seating and a fireplace, while the rumpus room provides additional space for families with board games, books and entertainment options for all ages.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for holiday dining, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and cooking essentials. Guests can enjoy meals indoors or make the most of the outdoor entertaining areas overlooking the private garden.
Outside, the heated swimming pool, spacious patio and fire pit create the perfect setting for relaxed days and evenings. The front deck provides another peaceful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink, while the fully fenced yard offers plenty of space for children and pets.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

Enjoy calm swimming beaches and a relaxed coastal culture in this scenic town. Tucked into the northern pocket of Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast, Callala Bay has a boat ramp and jetty, providing easy access to the clear aqua waters for sailing, fishing and snorkelling. Make sure you keep an eye out for dolphins.
You can learn to sail with Jervis Bay Sailing Club, or go bushwalking and fishing in nearby Jervis Bay National Park. The park is a natural sanctuary of sand forests, eucalypt woodlands and beaches with powder-white sand. It’s also home to abundant wildlife and important Aboriginal cultural conservation sites.
Just south of Callala Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, which is backed by a reserve with BBQs and picnic tables. At Club Callala enjoy a bite to eat, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.
Nearby is the village of Myola, located on the banks of Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin and whale-watching cruises depart.

We have renovated and designed the home for comfort and slow, easy weekends shared between nature, water, and firelight. Set within a private garden, it blends relaxed coastal living with considered comfort and space for families and large groups.
Days can be spent between the heated pool and entertaining patio or guests can unwind in the rumpus room which has games for the whole family or separate granny flat for added privacy. Guests can gather in the various open living spaces, including a built-in breakfast nook offering a quiet corner for reading by the window or slow mornings together, or the main dining table or outside seating area that can easily seat the whole house. The expansive front deck is also perfect for sundowners as the light fades through the trees.
Evenings are made for connection, gather around the firepit under the stars or get cosy by the warmth of the indoor fireplace. 4 spacious bedrooms with an extra double sofa bed in the rumpus room can easily accomodate 8 - 10 guests. It’s a calm, private escape that captures the best of the South Coast - bush, bay, beach for a well spent getaway.
