Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in Hyannis Port, this inviting Cape Cod getaway offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Ideally located just 0.3 miles from Halls Creek and only 1.2 miles from Covell's Beach, guests can easily enjoy morning beach walks, sunny afternoons by the water, and peaceful evenings back at home.

Step inside and you are welcomed by a cozy living room, thoughtfully designed as the heart of the home. Just off the living area, the first bedroom is located to the left, offering a comfortable and private space for guests. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area, creating an easy gathering space for meals and conversation, which then opens into the spacious, fully equipped kitchen.

On one side of the home, just off the kitchen, you will find the primary bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom and the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. On the opposite side of the home are the main bathroom and the third bedroom, providing a well-balanced and functional layout for families or groups.

Sliding doors off the kitchen lead to a private outdoor deck overlooking the backyard. This relaxing outdoor space features comfortable seating, a hammock, and a grill—perfect for summer evenings and casual outdoor dining.
