Located on the fourth floor, the apartment enjoys exceptional natural light, added privacy, and beautiful open views with no direct overlooking neighbors. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with one double bed, two single beds, and a spacious traditional Moroccan living room. For larger families or groups, additional bedding can be provided, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 8 guests.

Inside you'll find everything needed for a comfortable stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, fresh linens, towels, and a clean, well-maintained apartment prepared with care before every arrival.

One of our favorite things about this apartment is the view. Every evening, the skyline transforms as the sun sets over the neighborhood, creating beautiful golden light across the rooftops. From both the apartment and the shared rooftop terrace, you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area, including the beautiful Tissir Mosque. Below, the neighborhood comes alive as the bustling evening fruit and vegetable market opens and local families gather outdoors, offering a wonderful glimpse into everyday Moroccan life.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared rooftop terrace, which is rarely busy and offers spectacular sunset views over the Kasbah Mehdia area. Folding chairs, a table, and a private clothesline are available, making it a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind after a day at the beach, or simply take in the views.

Free secure parking is available inside the gated section of the residence, with overnight security providing additional peace of mind for guests traveling by car.

The apartment is located on the **fourth floor**, and **the building does not have an elevator**.

As this is a residential condominium, the shared common areas—including the stairwell and rooftop terrace—are managed by the condominium association rather than by us. While these areas are safe and fully functional, they may occasionally show signs of wear or appear less maintained than the apartment itself.

Inside, however, you'll find a clean, secure, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared apartment that is professionally cleaned before every stay. Like many lived-in homes, there may be minor cosmetic imperfections such as small paint touch-ups, stained grout, or slight humidity-related wear on some exterior hardware due to the coastal climate, but these do not affect the comfort or functionality of the apartment.

This is **not a luxury property**, nor is it advertised as one. It is an honest, comfortable, and affordable home offering outstanding value for travelers who appreciate cleanliness, convenience, authentic local experiences, and easy access to Mehdia Beach and Kenitra.
