Perfect house for our family

This house worked out perfectly for my extended family with rooms on various floors providing privacy, bunk room for young children and numerous bathrooms. The large kitchen and family room were wonderful and allowed us to spread out and relax.

Great Retreat House!

We had a large group up at the house and it accommodated us well. Plenty of living spaces, loved that they provided extra folding tables and chairs. The view is beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

I would definitely come back

The house is in a perfect location- walking distance to trails, the lake and very close to shopping and restaurants. The lay out is nice and there is ample room to spread out. We enjoyed the lake view from the gazebo.

Great Stay

We had a great time at the property. The house was very clean and the rules were straightforward. The house had enough beds and rooms to accommodate us. It was within walking distance to Folsom Lake. Highly recommend.

Great multi generation stay

The house worked great for our group of nine. From the grandparents to the young adult grandkids, there was plenty of space to spread out and sleep. The pool table was a bonus. We also enjoyed the proximity to the walking trails near the lake. The host was great to work with.

The home was very well kept and met all of our needs for the group. We were very blessed by it and it accommodated all of our guests very nicely. Benny is a 10/10 host and will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Nice stay

Convenient to lake, plenty of amenities but not so nice you were afraid to break things. No lake View but a very short walk to lake and near all stores. Great AC!!

Family get away

This property was perfect for our family get away!! Benny was very accommodating and even let us check in early to drop our luggage. The house was exactly like the pictures and was very spacious for our family. It was a quiet neighborhood and accessible to tons of shopping and grocery stores.. we will definitely be returning!!

Excellent property and host

My group needed a large home to accommodate us, and this property fit the bill. Lots of rooms, great seating areas and places for us to chat, large kitchen with everything you might need. Benny was an excellent host, communicative and accommodating to our special request. Thank you for a great weekend!

It was a perfect stay for my family reunion

This property was perfect for my 68 person family reunion. Benny was great in answering all my questions be it by text or phone call. It is close to banks, breakfast restaurants and grocery stores. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose this rental for sure.

Super clean and great location

The house was really clean, easy to check in, the manager replied right away to any txts, the house is huge with enough rooms for everyone, it was 16 of us and there were plenty of beds. The house is away from other houses, so we didnt have any issues with neighbors, thanks

Annual Family Vacation

The Folsom house suited our family perfectly, it was relaxed enough so that we weren't on pins and needles worrying about it the whole time with our large robust family! The house is close to the American River, Natoma Lake, and Granite Bay which we enjoyed. Overall I think this is the perfect place for a large family, lots of room to play games indoors and out. The big kitchen was a bonus for cooking all our meals. Thanks again Benny for a great vacation!

Spacious and great location

It was a birthday celebration with my family and friends, 6 adults and 5 children. The kitchen is well equipped. Kids loved running around the yard, we could still watch them from the kitchen while cooking or playing card games. The location is perfect that we could shop groceries, visit Granie Bay, Natoma Lake within 15 minutes. Benny is an amazing host. Highly recommend this place!

Loved it!

There was 20 of us and everyone fit perfectly! The house is great with a convenient layout of the rooms, kitchen and good sized gathering areas. The pool table is a bonus! Great location right next to Folsom Lake. Thank you Benny for being flexible and for always responding quickly to my calls/texts when we needed something! Definely planning to come back :)

Great place for a large group

Benny is a wonderful host and very responsive to special requests. The house is well supplied and family friendly. There are fold up tables and chairs to help expand meal sitting when all want to eat at once at a table. We had 14 in our group. There are excellent markets nearby and plenty of restaurants where you can get take out to bring to the house--handy when you first arrive. We truly enjoyed our stay.
