The property is nice, with foliage, two manned security gates, and a parking garage. Mr. Rodney, the gatekeeper, is very nice.
The apartment was relatively clean, with Internet, has a lot to watch on the TV, and is located near lots of food, banks, supermarkets, the Emancipation Park, and almost anything one needs.
On the other hand, the hot water worked for a couple of hours the first day, but after that it was non-existent. Even though I loved the eco-friendly a/c unit in the bedroom, there were no blankets.
I have stayed on the North Coast several times and was able to communicate personally with the hosts, not messaging through WhatsApp.
This could have been a great or excellent review had it not been for those things.
Overall, this is a nice, safe apartment for a couple or one adult.
