The home accommodates up to six guests.

The main bedroom includes air conditioning and a ceiling fan, while the remaining bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. Please note that not every bedroom has air conditioning.

The living room offers comfortable seating, a TV, air conditioning and a ceiling fan—a relaxed place to unwind after a day out.

The spacious kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and ample bench and storage space. A six-seat dining table provides room for shared meals or casual work.

The bathroom includes both a bathtub and separate shower. The toilet is located separately, making the layout more convenient when several guests are staying together.

A dedicated laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, making the home particularly practical for longer visits.

Outside, the covered entertaining area includes outdoor seating and overlooks a large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of open lawn.

The property is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. Parties, events, unregistered visitors and excessive noise are not permitted. Guests must keep outdoor noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and early morning

Keys & call-outs
Please keep keys/fobs with you at all times. Fees may apply for lost keys, lockouts, key delivery, or verified noise complaints:
Lost key/fob replacement: $280

Call-out fee: $100 during business hours / $200 after hours

Extra key set: Deposit + delivery fee may be charged

Baby travel cot: $80 per stay

Fire safety
If the fire alarm is triggered due to guest actions and emergency services attend, any official call-out charges may be passed on to the guest.
