Our 3 bedroom apartment is set amongst tropical gardens with resort style pool, sun deck, heated spa, bbq area and undercover parking. It's located at the southern end of the Gold Coast famous for it's surf breaks and is walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Most importantly it's only a 100m stroll to a beautiful white sand beach. The perfect holiday location. No car needed as it's 4km from the airport, 90m to the nearest bus stop, with 2 bicycles to cruise the Oceanway. You'll love it!

Bedding configuration:
- Master bedroom: King bed
- Second bedroom: Queen bed
- Third bedroom - king split: King bed or 2 x long single beds (you choose the configuration)
- Floor mattress available when paying for 7th guest
- 2 x portacots, 2 x high chairs, 2 x strollers available on request

Guest access:
Keys can be collected from onsite management however please advise if you will arrive after 5pm as the office will be closed and keys will be made available via a key safe. A code will be provided.

The complex is three levels: Ground, Level 1 and Level 2. Unit 15 is on on Level 1. There is no lift.

Other things to note:
- Air conditioning is provided in each bedroom and loungeroom.
- An EV charging point can be made available in the parking space upon request.
- There is a heated spa and shallow pool for children.
