Master Bedroom:
Relax in the spacious master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, plush pillows, and all linens provided for a restful night's sleep. A convenient pocket door offers privacy and sliding glass doors open directly to the porch. Enjoy your favorite shows on the large-screen smart TV with Blu-ray DVD player (don't forget to bring your Netflix login!).

Living Room:
The inviting living room offers cozy seating with a comfy futon that easily folds down into a bed with an extra-thick mattress for added comfort. There's also a queen-size Murphy bed, with all linens provided, ensuring everyone has a place to rest. Another large-screen smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player are available for entertainment. For ambiance, an electric fireplace (remote-controlled) adds a warm, cozy touch (though it should not be relied on as the primary heat source).

Bathroom:
The full bathroom features a shower/tub combination, with towels and washcloths provided for your convenience. A hairdryer is also available under the sink, so you can pack light.

4 person hot tub was recently added for relaxing in after a day out exploring..

Fully equipped kitchen. Full size stove, microwave and fridge with icemaker. All utensils, plates, glasses, cookware, Keurig and drip combo coffee maker. (2 K cups provided) toaster and iced tea maker supplied. Dining bar with barstools.

Full size washer and dryer. (starter laundry items supplied)

Outside patio table offers a great view! Propane gas grill.
4 additional chairs around the burning pit. On clear nights this is the perfect spot to see hundreds of stars. firewood is not provided, please purchase locally at any nearby gas station. Marshmallow sticks provided.

Cabin themed decor throughout. Lots of unique touches to really make you feel welcome.

This is a private area with no immediate neighbors. Come here to get away from it all.

This property will be decorated for Christmas in mid to late November.

We do require a Renter Agreement to be signed and completed before check in. You will not receive check in instructions until it is received.

Before you pack up and head to the mountains, know that when we say mountains, we really mean it!
Dillsboro NC elevation starts at 1,975 feet. Think of this as your starting point. If you want to get a beautiful mountain view, you gotta climb some mountains. Mountain roads are typically gravel, steeper, narrower and curvier than you may be use to driving. This is all part of our charm.
We do have one big hill to get up. It is gravel. We regularly drive a Hyundai Sonata up. While AWD vehicles make everything easier they are not required. Maintain an even speed (10mph) going up and you should have no issues.

Items NOT provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, items of a personal nature. We do supply hand soap, dish soap, and starter laundry items.

Please note this is a SMOKE FREE property. Ashtrays are provided outside on the porch. If the home smells of smoke, you may lose part or all of your damage deposit for additional cleaning & odor removal.

*****This property is located off US 74 in a curve. You will hear road noise while outside. While it is not obtrusive it is noticeable, but we think the River View makes up for this.

*****This is a DOG friendly property, however we ask that you bring a kennel for your pet if you plan on leaving him/her alone at the house. We do charge a $45 non refundable fee for bringing your pet. If you are bringing your pet YOU MUST select the pet option at checkout. If you do not it will be taken from your damage deposit. DOGS ONLY
