Awesome place and great experience!!!

The location is perfect. Easy walk to the beach, dollar general and for me Baskin Robbins being a 5 min walk was great. Super clean and quite, nice hot tub and swimming pool if you need a break from the salt water. Will definitely be back again next year

Great place!

The perfect Myrtle Beach condo!

This condo was perfection! It really enhanced our stay in Myrtle beach! It is the perfect location, a short, beautiful, shaded walk to the beach. It is located just outside of the major hustle and bustle of the attractions, but a short drive to everything! Super clean, comfortable condo, and a safe area. The owners were friendly and very communicative. Totally recommended! Thank you for the great stay!

Vacation

We had a pleasure to stay at your location! Very nice place on the inside! Quick walk to the beach! We were on level one, maybe next stay we can be on the 12th floor! The only thing my husband stated is that there was no where to get ice.

Quiet and quaint

Quiet neighborhood which is unusual for Myrtle Beach. Little over one block back from the beach. Cannot see from balcony. Very clean and fully stocked. Starbucks and burger joint within two blocks walking distance.

Great

My wife's family is from myrtle beach so we came down for a 50th birthday party. We stayed at Mr. Dean's condo and the condo was beautiful, well decorated, spacious, and has everything you need and more. My wife and I appreciate the time Mr. Dean took up for me to get the internet resolved and the kindness he displayed. Hopefully we can book this cabin everytime we stay at myrtle beach.

Myrtle beach trip

The location is amazing. Literally walking distance from the beach and close by restaurants. We did not drive much at all due to the Convenience of how close everything was. The condo was so cozy I felt right at home. And it’s so cute !! Everything looked exactly like the pictures. It’s very quiet and in a really nice area. The outside of the building made me nervous at first but as soon as I opened the door I was in a different world! I will definitely recommend this stay ! The hosts are wonderful as well. Great job

Exactly what we needed!

We were in town for a dance competition and this condo was exactly what we needed for our stay! It was clean, centrally located to everything we needed/wanted to see, close to the beach(the best part), quiet, and had a nice pool and hot tub . The only downside was they were working on painting the outside of the building so we had plastic and scaffolding in front of our balcony but there were notices up in the hallway about these renovations and we didn't have much time to spend on the balcony anyway. Would definitely recommend this property and unit to anyone wanting a peaceful place away from the mainstream "resorts".

Above and Beyond

Pleasurable experience at the beach. Dean and Anita communicated as needed , and in a timely manner. Their home was clean, and had cute touches throughout the condo .. it was as pictured. They ensured all your needs were met; even had extra bath towels, coffee creamer, and other items many other host don’t have. We Would recommend.

Not what it seems

The building is old and in poor shape - carpets on the hallways smell bad, are old and dirty, and overall general poor maintenance/cleaning of communal areas. Inside the apt it was ok. Communication with local manager was pretty much impossible. Was not allowed an early check-in and left waiting for 6 hours without any call backs. Very disrespectful.

Response from owner: "The building does have some age but as of this year the outside has been re-painted and water-proofed. All balcony railings are being painted. All doors into the condos are scheduled to be painted as well. We apologize for the carpets. We are lookin into having them cleaned and possibly replaced. We know the pool, hot tub and communal areas including the elevators are cleaned daily at 6:30am. We are glad you were satisfied with the condo itself. That is within our control and we strive to make sure it is clean and true to the pictures as shown on the website. We empathize with you on not being able to reach the local manager and will discuss that matter with them. We know there were guests that left the morning of your arrival and the check out time is 10:00am. Check in time is 4:00pm, if you arrived at 10:00, the unit had definitely not been cleaned by then. We apologize that you were unable to check in early. There are bathrooms in the pool area for guests to utilize. These could have been utilized to change and enjoy the pool or beach. We are sorry you felt disrespected, as we try to help each of our guests have a wonderful experience staying at our condo!"

Much nicer than Google Street View would have you believe!

Stayed here with my husband and son (6yo). It was lovely! Very clean, well cared for. The owner was quick to respond about a small issue (not his fault) and kind. Heard some negative things about the area before we arrived, but I am SO glad we didn't listen. This neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Super close to the beach and excellent for a small family.

Relaxation!

We had a girls beach trip and this condo was perfect for us! We had easy access to the beach, condo was fully equipped from fixing dinner to playing games. All beds were comfy and the entire place was clean and beautifully decorated. Look forward to staying here again, only next time will be with my husband!

You will enjoy your stay!

This condo is in a great location! It was perfect for us. We loved the comfortable mattress and pillows. My husband said that he slept better while there than he had in a long time! It is furnished beautifully and well stocked with necessities. We would highly recommend this rental! I forgot a few articles of clothing and two beach towels there and they have been mailed to me. Very impressive!
