The cabins large U shape driveway perfect for hauling snowmobiles and trailers!

Check in and out is completely CONTACT FREE. We also have an AirPurifier running that you can adjust for you comfortability. We provide top cleaning services with tons of experience so you can feel as at ease and comfortable as possible.

The Gaylord area is small, relaxing, and has the charm of a slower pace of life. It is a great area for a relaxing outdoorsy vacation or flexcatation, if you're looking for a place to work, play, and relax. There is really something for everyone whether that is hanging out at the beach at one of our many lakes and rivers in the area or going hiking and later trying out some good food and drinks.

The cabin is equipped with movies, little games, a puzzle, and books. It has a firepit in the back yard that is surrounded with nature and a great yard for your pet to play. So even if you just want to chill at the cabin you won't be bored.

This cabin is quaint, but near many of the major attractions and amenities Gaylord has to offer. You get the best of both worlds.

This was the third time we stayed at this cozy, pet friendly cabin. It offers all the comforts of home and is in close proximity to many quaint lake towns. Once we found this cabin we never wanted to stay anywhere else.

It’s my Gaylord go-to!

This was the 2nd time we rented here because I enjoy this A-frame so much and the host is fantastic! It was perfect for 3 adults!

Morel Mushroom Vacation

We had a bit of a rough start getting the Wi-Fi going, and we had to install the air conditioner because it was hot in the cabin. The area had just had an ice storm, and the damage was pretty bad. There were a lot of downed tree limbs in the backyard. We had to clean up the backyard before we could enjoy the fire pit. The temperature in the shower was hard to control, but the cabin was perfect for what we needed it for.

Great little cabin

Property and house were clean and had pretty much anything we needed. Great location with a little creek just a couple minute walk down the road going south. Will definitely check if it's available the next time I visit!

Cozy Cabin

This cabin is situated near everything! We skied at Otsego, just 8 minutes up the road. The cabin is small, but very cozy. The bedroom, loft and pullout bed fit our family of 4. I think there may have been an issue with cleaning prior to our arrival. There were 1/2 drank water bottles in the bedroom, and some old food in the sink. We were able to clean it up and enjoyed our stay.

Cute get away

The cabin is super cute and tine, perfect for a quick little get away. It is right off the road, but the back area is pretty covered by the trees so still a little private. Had the basic necessities and is very cozy!

Great Trip Up North!

My kids and I loved the convenience of being just a few minutes away from Otsego State Park and downtown Gaylord. Property was everything we needed! Would definitely come back again!

Cozy cabin

Lovely A frame in great location. Driving distance to the west-Petosky, Ludington, to the east- Alpena, to the north-Mackinaw Island and Sault Ste Marie. We’ve stayed twice and highly recommend. If you’re a golf enthusiast, you’ll be in heaven right in Gaylord. We loved the elk viewing park too.

Lovely A frame

Location was perfect for seeing northern Michigan sights. Alpine Gaylord is a beautiful and clean town and friendly. Square footage of cabin is cozy. Furniture and cabinetry could use some updating but it is in a lovely setting. Close to a road but traffic quiets down in early evening. We would love to come back and rent again. Thanks Morgan.

SKI BUM vacation!

Spent 3 nights at the cute A-Frame cabin. Both queen beds are comfortable and linen was clean. Boyne Mountain is a 30 min drive and Otsego Resort is a 10 min drive. The kitchen is adequate to cook basic meals. Very cozy and we enjoyed are time spent playing cards at the dining table.

Perfect cozy cabin

The cabin was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The host supplied everything we needed. We couldn't have picked a better location. We wanted privacy and a place where we could stay with our dog. The cabin was within comfortable driving distance to the places we wanted to see. We would highly recommend this location.

My name is Morgan, I currently live in Sault Ste. Marie. I lived in this little chalet style home for a year while I worked in Gaylord. I now work in the Les Cheneaux Islands in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I also, am a Yoga instructor and love everything nature and natural. I enjoy anything outdoors and love hanging out with friends and family. Northern Michigan is one of my favorite places its a true gem, with so many beautiful scenery and things to do.

This cabin has beautiful views of the snow covered trees and woods in the back yard. It is perfect for snowmobilers as it has a large U shape driveway and the snowmobile trail connects right to the driveway!
- The cabin is nearby the snowmobile bars and restaurants in the area you can drive up on your snowmobile.
- It is seven minutes from ice fishing on Otsego Lake.
- There are hiking, snowshoeing, and XC Ski trails just five minutes away!
- Ten minutes away from Treetops Snow and Ski Resort
- Half hour away from Boyne Mountain Resort and Waterpark
