Beachfront Condo with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This newly renovated 1400 sq ft. beachfront condo has all the amenities and comforts of home. Washer and dryer, internet, flat screen TV’s (smart) and DVD player for entertaining the children. Convenient to both St Pete and Tampa airports, a short 30 minute drive will transform your anticipated vacation into paradise. Large balcony offers amazing views of the Gulfof Mexico while you have your morning coffee or casual breakfast while enjoying the occasional passing Dolphin or Manatee. Spectacular sunsets over the Gulf can provide a relaxing end to the perfect day. This amazing property is offered by the week or month. Bookings are traditionally from Saturday to Saturday. Exception to the Saturday to Saturday policy will be evaluated on a one by one basis. Call if alternate dates are requested. Please call Stanley (owner) with any questions that you may have. We had the best stay ever hosted by Jean and Stan. 100% recommend. Beautiful condo, perfect location in comparison to heavy tourist areas such as Clearwater and st Pete. Stan was overly accommodating/ answered all needs. Priced well for everything you get.

Indian Shores beach vacation

The condo was great. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds and couches, well equipped kitchen…..and best of all was the view from the balcony! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo with exceptional views.

Stayed here with my family. The condo was perfect. Having the beach so close was ideal for our familys stay. The view and sunsets were amazing. We even saw dolphins several times.

Front Row Center Beach Paradise!

Booking and communication with Stan the property owner was done with complete ease. Stan was always so quick to correspond, kind and answered all questions. If you like front row center at the beach, this is the place! Literally, the condo is the center, front condo facing the beach and beautiful blue/green ocean. The condo was VERY CLEAN, NEAT AND COMFORTABLE! The location is also great, nearby is plenty to do and see as well as stores for any needs.We have been to a lot of places in Florid this place tops them!The condo is very well taken care of. The bedrooms are very roomy, as well as the bathrooms.ALSO! We seen dolphins go by each day whether we were looking from the balcony or sitting on the beach!! You cannot go wrong here, we look forward to coming back!

Perfect Oceanfront Getaway!

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO property. The views of the ocean are absolutely stunning. The spacious interior was more than enough for the two of us. The furniture was incredibly comfortable and we loved how inviting the entire space felt. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed making our stay hassle-free.The owner went above and beyond with suggestions for local dining/attractions and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Will return!

We loved the condo! The views are to die for and I think the whole week we were there we seen dolphins daily. Very peaceful and so beautiful. Only issues were the condo could have been a little cleaner, there was sand on the furniture and floor when we got there, and on one day we were trying to sit on the balcony and the music that was coming from the parking level was so loud we couldn't enjoy the peaceful views, so we just went inside but other than that, it was great!!

The most amazing condo. We love this unit and the location. The unit is well stocked. The balcony has a perfect view of the sunset. We also loved sitting on the balcony every morning and watching the dolphins play. We will most certainly be back!

Wonderful

One of the nicest, best equipped VRBO we've stayed. I especially loved the cleanliness and the fully equipped kitchen. We cook meals and the pots and pans and utensils were wonderful.

Very nice place

It was a awesome place to stay. If your a non smoker, it's perfect. If you are a smoker, the only draw back is there is no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. So you have to walk out to the street or the beach. We stay in a different area every year and all of them up till this year allows smoking on the balcony. It is listed as no smoking, but that has always ment you can't smoke inside which I totally understand, everywhere else we have stayed there were ash trays out on the balcony. So I was surprised that when we checked in that on the kitchen counter is a guest book and a list of check in, check out stuff, half way down in bold it says, no smoking anywhere on the property including the balcony if you are caught smoking you will be asked to leave immediately. So I gave everything 5 stars except for listing description I gave 4 stars. If it would have said " no smoking anywhere on the property" instead of just " no smoking" I would have gave it 5 stars as well. But again if your a non smoker this place is perfect, beech was not a busy area at all so you had tons of room. A lot of good food close by. Ac worked perfectly, house is stocked with about anything you could need to use.

THE BEST!!!

We were scheduled to stay for a week, but thanks to hurricane Idalia in August of 2023, we were forced to evacuate on Monday. Stan was awesome about the whole ordeal that we had to overcome. We were able to get back to the condo on Friday so we were closer to the airport for our Saturday morning flight and even thou we only got to stay there for 3 days we loved it so much we are definitely going back next year. Maybe a little earlier in August. :)

I have been vacationing here at Pipers Nest for almost 20 years since I was a kid and now, with my wife and expected baby on the way! Always feels like home when we enter and we will definitely continue making memories for our new kiddos!

Read the description and believe it. Clean, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need for vacation stay. Incredible Gulf views with easy beach access steps away. Seamless check in and out with responsive and helpful owner. You cannot go wrong here.
